Become Our Next Federal Account Executive
Ready to make a meaningful impact in the U.S. Federal Government space? We’re seeking a driven and experienced Federal Account Executive to grow Tsecond’s footprint across key government agencies.
In this strategic, client-facing role, you’ll leverage your deep network of federal contacts and expertise in public sector procurement to connect agencies with cutting-edge technology solutions. Your ability to navigate complex sales cycles and deliver value-driven outcomes will be essential to our success in this market.

What you'll do
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to grow Tsecond’s federal business footprint.
- Build and manage relationships with senior decision-makers across U.S. federal agencies (e.g., DoD, DHS, DOE, GSA, etc.).
- Drive the entire sales lifecycle: prospecting, opportunity development, RFP/RFQ responses, pricing, negotiation, and closure.
- Collaborate with technical pre-sales teams, solution architects, and delivery teams to craft tailored proposals.
- Represent Tsecond at industry events, government briefings, and conferences.
- Track and report sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasting data to senior leadership.
- Work closely with marketing to refine positioning, messaging, and campaign targeting specific to the public sector.
- Navigate complex government contracting vehicles including GWACs, BPAs, and IDIQs.
- Stay up to date on government policy, compliance requirements, and relevant cybersecurity regulations (e.g., FedRAMP, NIST, CMMC).
Skills
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 7+ years of experience selling technology solutions to U.S. federal government agencies.
- Strong network and demonstrated success working with key decision-makers in federal agencies and SI partners.
- Proven expertise in enterprise software, data management, cybersecurity, cloud, or edge computing solutions.
- Experience with government procurement processes and contract vehicles.
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage long sales cycles and complex stakeholder environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, public policy, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience working with defense and intelligence agencies a plus.
- Familiarity with ZOHO CRM platforms.
- Security clearance (Active or previous) is a strong plus.
