About the role
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support CEO, Tsecond. This role will be based out of our Bangalore office (work from office) and will combine executive assistance, project coordination, and internal communication responsibilities.
The ideal candidate should have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
What you'll do
Executive Support
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule, and travel logistics.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefs for leadership meetings.
- Handle day-to-day administrative support including documentation and correspondence.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on action items and deliverables.
Project Coordination
- Assist in monitoring and coordinating ongoing projects across teams.
- Track milestones, deliverables, and deadlines to ensure timely execution.
- Prepare project updates and summaries for leadership review.
- Act as the bridge between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders for project-related communication.
Team Communication & Collaboration
- Draft and circulate internal communications on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize team meetings, prepare agendas, and document minutes.
- Facilitate smooth information flow between leadership and team members.
- Support cross-functional coordination between India and US teams.
Stakeholder & External Relations
- Liaise with external stakeholders, clients, and partners on behalf of the CEO.
- Organize and coordinate external meetings, briefings, and presentations.
- Assist in preparing talking points and background material for conferences or client interactions.
Operational & Administrative Support
- Oversee office-level coordination for CEO-related activities.
- Support recruitment processes by coordinating with HR on leadership hiring.
- Assist in preparing budgets, expense tracking, and approvals for CEO office.
- Support event planning for leadership offsites, board meetings, and key corporate events.
Skills
- Experience: 3–6 years as an Executive Assistant, Project Coordinator, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and communication/collaboration tools (Slack, Zoom, etc.).
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Prior experience working with technology or startup companies is a plus.
